1.2. How can I get valid emails released to me?
You can request for emails to be released by opening your quarantine (using steps in the previous section, and clicking on the email you'd like released:
Review the body of the message. If you recognize and want it released, click "Show Allowed List Tools"
Select the check box of the email address you want released, and then click "Submit request to Administrator." Please do not select the domain, especially if it is gmail, hotmail, yahoo, or any other major consumer domain. Those requests will be denied.
Once you click to submit your request, an email will be sent over to the IT Helpdesk for approval. We will then review and release or deny your request.
